This organization has firmly established itself as a leading distributor of photovoltaic (PV) modules, storage systems, and inverters and is now expanding into the rapidly growing heat pump sector.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Specialist – Heat Pump Solutions to support the development and success of this new product portfolio. If you have a passion for renewable energy and a background in heat pump technology, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Specialist in Heat Pump Solutions, your day-to-day will include:
- Portfolio Development: Collaborate with the product management team to design and refine a competitive heat pump product portfolio.
- Customer Acquisition & Support: Identify, qualify, and engage new customers specializing in heat pump installation, offering expert advice and tailored solutions.
- Sales Activities: Provide first-level customer support via phone, Teams, and email, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- On-Site Consultations: Conduct site inspections and consultations to deliver customized recommendations.
- Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with teams in finance, supply chain, and order processing to ensure seamless operations.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep customer and market data up to date in the CRM system and activate customer accounts in the portal.
- Training & Representation: Deliver portal training to customers and represent the company at industry training sessions, trade fairs, and customer events.
- Market Insights: Collect and analyze relevant customer, market, and competitor information to inform strategy.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with the team to strengthen the company’s heat pump technology expertise.
What You Bring to the Role
- Industry Experience: Several years of experience in heat pumps and a proven track record in sales.
- Sales Excellence: A passion for sales with the determination and perseverance to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Customer Focus: The ability to empathize with customers and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to actively engage prospects and clients.
- Organizational Talent: A structured and goal-oriented approach, with excellent attention to detail.
- Professionalism: A reliable, diligent, and polished demeanor.
- Languages: Fluent in German and proficient in English (preferred).
- Driving License: A valid Class B driving license is required.
